Go to stormsniper.ai. Paste your license key. Click ACTIVATE. Check Remember Me so you only do this once.
Click Settings in the top right. Enter your name, company, phone, and reply-to email. Every email you send goes out with this info.
Set Start Date and End Date to the same day. Set Min Hail to 1.0". Pick your State. Click UPDATE. Colored pins load on the map. Each pin is a confirmed hail event.
Hit the 90-Day Hail Map button in the Layers row. Drag the slider to your storm. Radar confirmed hail zones appear showing exactly where hail fell, street by street. Click Pins off if the map feels crowded. Want this week fast? The Last 7 Days button loads the whole past week in one click.
Click any hail zone on the 90-Day map to work it directly. Or hit Circle, Rectangle, or Draw in the toolbar and draw your own shape. You can also hit Auto Draw Zone to let Storm Sniper™ draw it for you based on the hail reports.
Every zone shows you a free count of the homes inside before you spend a single record. Like the numbers? Hit Pull Properties. Every homeowner inside the zone loads in the table. Name, address, property value, roof age, hail size. Sort by roof age to find your best leads first.
Contact info comes bundled with every pull. Phone numbers and email addresses append automatically. Expect about 60 to 70 percent of homes to come back with a phone number and about 60 to 70 percent with an email.
Hit the email button on any row to send a personalized email. Use the AI to write it in 3 seconds. Or hit Canvass to build a door-knocking route for the neighborhood. You get a BCC copy of every email sent.
Open /knock on your phone. Every house you just pulled is a colored dot on a map. Tap one and you see the owner, the hail size, and the roof age before you ring the bell. Set the status at the door and the office sees it that second. Add it to your home screen so it opens like a real app.
