Storm Sniper™

This is the easiest part.

If you can buy something on Amazon, you can sign up for Storm Sniper™. Here is every step. Read it once and you are ready to go.

Go to stormsniper.ai/signup.

Open any web browser. Type stormsniper.ai/signup in the address bar at the top. Hit Enter. The signup page loads.

What you seeYou see the Storm Sniper™ signup page with one plan card: $297 a seat a month. Every feature is on every seat.

Pick the plan that fits you.

Look at the plan card. It is $297 a seat a month. Just you? Buy one seat. Got a crew? Buy one seat for each rep. You pay month to month.

Not sure? Scroll down on this page for help choosing. You can always change later from your billing portal.

What you seeWhen you click the card, the checkout box opens with a seat counter. Use plus and minus to pick your seats. The total updates as you go.

Type in your email address.

Use the email you actually check every day. This is where your license key goes the second your payment goes through. It is also where homeowner replies come back to you.

Use a real email. Not a fake one. Not a Gmail you forgot the password to.

What you seeAn email field at the top of the form. Type your address. Move to the next field.

Enter your credit card.

Type your card number. Type your expiration date. Type your CVC (the three digits on the back). Type your billing ZIP code. That is it.

Your card info goes directly to our payment processor. We never see your card number or store it on our side.

What you seeA card field with little icons for Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. The boxes turn green as each part is filled in correctly.

Got a promo code? Type it in.

If somebody gave you a promo code, type it in the coupon field. The discount shows up right away in the total at the bottom of the form. If you do not have one, skip this and move on.

What you seeA coupon code field below the card details. Type the code and you see the new total.

Hit the Start Today button.

Look at the total one more time. Make sure it is what you expected. Then hit the blue button at the bottom. It says Start Today.

Your card gets charged. The payment processor confirms everything went through. This takes about 5 to 10 seconds. Do not close the page. Do not refresh.

What you seeA loading spinner for a few seconds. Then a success page that says your payment went through and your license key has been emailed to you.

Open your email.

Go to whatever email app you use. Gmail. Outlook. Yahoo. Your phone's mail app. Open it.

Look for an email from Storm Sniper™. The subject line says Your Storm Sniper™ License Key with your plan name in it. If you bought more than one seat, you get one email with a key for every seat.

What you seeAn email with the Storm Sniper™ logo at the top and your license key inside. Keep this email. Your key is your login.

Cannot find the email?

Wait a full minute. Then check your spam or junk folder. If you used Gmail check the Promotions tab too. Sometimes the email lands there.

Still cannot find it after 5 minutes? Call us at 214-993-9956 and we will pull it up for you on our end and resend it.

What you seeOnce you find it, the email has your full license key. It looks like SS-T2-XXXX-XXXX. Older keys start with SS-T1.

Copy your license key.

Highlight the license key in the email by clicking and dragging your mouse across it. Right click and hit Copy. Or on your keyboard, hold Ctrl and press C (Cmd C on a Mac).

The key is now saved in your clipboard. It stays there until you copy something else.

What you seeThe license key looks highlighted in blue when you have it selected. After you copy, nothing on the screen changes. The key is now invisible in your clipboard, ready to paste.

Open Storm Sniper™.

Open a new browser tab and go to stormsniper.ai. That takes you straight to the activation screen.

What you seeA login screen with the Storm Sniper™ logo, a text box that says ENTER LICENSE KEY, a Remember Me checkbox, and a blue ACTIVATE button.

Paste your license key.

Click inside the box that says ENTER LICENSE KEY. Right click and hit Paste. Or on your keyboard, hold Ctrl and press V (Cmd V on a Mac).

Your license key shows up in the box.

What you seeThe text box now shows your full license key. Something like SS-T1-A1B2-C3D4.

Leave Remember Me checked.

The Remember Me box should already be checked when you arrive. Leave it that way. This means you only have to paste your license key one time. Every time you come back, you go straight to the app.

If you uncheck it, you have to paste your key every single time. Most contractors leave it checked.

Hit ACTIVATE.

Click the big blue ACTIVATE button. The system checks your key. If everything is good, the screen changes and Storm Sniper™ opens for the first time.

What you seeThe login screen goes away. The full map of the United States loads with storm pins on it. You are inside the app.

The first time you log in, fill in your profile.

A popup window opens automatically the very first time you log in. It asks for your name, your company name, your phone number, and your website. Fill it out.

This matters because every email, every postcard, and every door knock script uses this info. Homeowners see your name, your company, and your phone. Get it right the first time.

What you seeA small popup window in the middle of your screen with about five fields to fill in. There is a Save button at the bottom.

Hit Save.

Once your info is filled in, hit the Save button. The popup closes. You are now ready to use Storm Sniper™.

You can change any of this later by hitting Settings in the top right corner of the app. But fill it out the first time before you send anything.

What you seeThe popup disappears. You are looking at the full Storm Sniper™ map. The top bar shows your name and your plan in the upper right.

Now go pull your first list.

You are signed up. You are logged in. Your profile is set. Now grab the Quick Start Card and walk through the 9 steps to your first lead. From here it takes about 30 more minutes to have a real list of homeowners with contact info ready to send.

The hard part is done. The fun part starts now.

One more thing, do it todayOpen stormsniper.ai/knock on your phone and add it to your home screen. That is Storm Sniper™ Knock. Every house you pull shows up as a dot on a map, you set the status at the door, and the office sees it that second. It is included on your plan and there is nothing to install.
