0:17Press Campaign and your pull opens with every home already selected. Here, that's 298 homes. Every one of them can get a postcard, and the 231 that have an email address can get both.
0:32Press Send Email, and this is your Hailstorm template. You write it once, and the merge fields fill in the owner's name, the street, the hail size, and the storm date, one email at a time. You can keep up to five templates, like Hailstorm and Follow up.
0:50Now press Preview First Property, and there's the first email: four inch hail, May 28th, right on that street. Press the arrow and the next one says one and a quarter inch hail. So every email reads like you sat down and wrote it just to them.
1:08Tick Auto follow up and pick the number of days, and the second email goes out by itself. There's nothing to log into and nothing to remember, and you even get to see the follow-up before it goes.
1:21When you're ready, press Send All, or just send the ones you pick. You stay in control, and every email has an unsubscribe link, so you stay on the right side of the rule.
