▶1:11What do I get when I pull the homes, and what does it cost?Press Pull these homes and you see the homes under the storm by type before you spend a thing, then Pull all brings down the owner, address, value, year built, roof size, storm date, hail size, and the phone and email when we have them, with Do Not Call and TCPA flagged numbers taken out. ▶1:38How does my crew use Storm Sniper on the porch?Open Knock on the phone, enter your license key once, and every home you pulled is a dot right where your crew is standing. ▶1:37How do I get a postcard to the homeowner before the competition knocks?Open My Properties, tick the homes, press Send Postcard, pick your message and preview the real card: the hail that hit that street, the day it hit, your logo and phone. ▶1:46How do I email every homeowner under a storm?Press Campaign on your pull, pick the Hail Storm template, and the merge fields write each email for that house: the owner's name, their street, the hail size and the date. Preview, tick Auto follow up, press Send All.▶ Watch · 1:46 min
▶1:46What did the insurance estimate leave off this roof?Forward the adjuster's email to your claim address or drop the estimate PDF into Supplement Sniper, and SI reads every line and shows what's already yours and what they left off, each item with its dollars and the code that requires it. ▶2:29How do I collect the money a supplement found?Open the claim under My Claims, click Supplement packet for the letter to the adjuster with every item, quantity, price and code, then click Meeting sheet for the words to say in the room. ▶1:50What do I do when the adjuster answers my supplement?Press Paste their reply, paste his email, and SI marks every item approved, denied or not mentioned, so the claim shows what's still owed. ▶1:59What can I ask SI?Type a question in the Ask SI box the way you'd ask your dispatcher, like is anything about to hit Phoenix, or which homes around Dallas got hit more than once this year.
