What do I do when the adjuster answers my supplement?

Press Paste their reply, paste his email, and SI marks every item approved, denied or not mentioned, so the claim shows what's still owed. Press Ask again for the rest for the follow-up letter, and Homeowner letter for a plain words update in English or Spanish.

What the video says

0:00You sent the supplement and the adjuster wrote back. He approved some of it, denied some of it, and never even mentioned the rest. Now what? Most roofers read the email twice and then go quiet. Here's what Storm Sniper does with it.

0:20Open the claim, and under the Next step box press Paste their reply. Paste in the adjuster's email and press Read it. SI reads his words against every item you asked for and marks each one approved, denied, or not mentioned, with his exact sentence right under it.

0:38Look it over. If SI read anything wrong, just flip it. Then press Save this.

0:45Now the claim shows what he approved and what's still owed. Here, he approved one of the three items for $151, and $537.40 is still owed.

0:58Then press Ask again for the rest, and SI writes the follow-up letter for just the items he denied or skipped, backed by the code and the carrier's own pages. Read it over, change anything you want, and send it to the adjuster from your company name.

1:16When the homeowner keeps calling, press Homeowner letter. It's on your letterhead, in plain words: what the estimate left off, what you asked for, the money that's already theirs, and what happens next. Press Español and the whole letter switches to Spanish. Then email it or just hand it over.

1:37A three-line email turns into a scored claim and your next letter in about 10 seconds. Go to stormsniper.ai and run your next claim.
