What do I set up in Settings before my first storm?

Spend ten minutes in Settings once: your name, company, office address, license, logo and reply-to email, so every email, postcard and driving route carries your name. Then approve your postcard, set your storm alerts and territory, and press Save Settings.

What the video says

0:00Spend 10 minutes in Settings one time, and every email, every postcard, and every driving route goes out with your name on it, without you ever typing it again. Let me show you what to fill in.

0:16Press Menu, then Settings. At the top of the page, you'll put your name, your company, your phone, your office address, and your license number. That office address is the return address on your postcards and the starting point for every driving route, and your license number prints right on the postcards.

0:36There are two optional boxes that are worth filling in. The first is one or two true sentences about your company, and that goes on the back of your postcard. The second is a home value range. Set it, and every list you pull skips the homes you don't want.

0:55Next, upload a square logo, then set your reply-to email. That's the address homeowners answer to, so make sure it's one you actually read.

1:08Then there's your postcard template. Approve it once, and every campaign goes straight to the printer, with no stopping to approve each send.

1:17Now for storm alerts. Pick how you want to hear about it. You can get a call from Sport, a text, or an email, and you can turn on Quiet at night if you want to sleep. Press Add Territory to draw your area on the map, then pick the smallest hail you care about. One and three quarter inches is where insurance starts paying attention.

1:40Need a seat for a crew lead? You can add one right here. Leave property counts on, and a click on any zone shows you the homes inside. Then press Edit Templates to put your emails in your own words, and send a test to yourself before a homeowner ever sees one.

2:00When you're done, press Save Settings. Set it once, and then go find the hail. Go to stormsniper.ai and press Settings.
