Press Work the list: every home you pulled is a dot on the map your whole crew shares. Mark each door, build the morning's driving route, print the canvass sheet, hand the homeowner a one page storm report, and email or postcard the ones you can't knock.
0:00Pulling the homes under a storm is step one. Turning that list into signed roofs is the job. Here's how your whole crew works it from one screen. Start by pressing Work the List, then My Leads.
0:18And every home you pulled shows up as a dot on the map. Tap a roof and mark it Knocked, Not Home, Appointment, or Signed, and the dot changes color right there. Your whole crew is looking at the same map, so nobody ends up knocking the same door twice.
0:36Now, let's plan the morning. Take the homes you want off the list and press Driving Route, and Storm Sniper puts them in order stop by stop. That means less time behind the windshield and more time on porches.
0:49Press Canvass Report, and you get a door sheet for those same houses with the owner, the address, and the hail that hit it. Print it, hand it to the crew, and they can work it with nothing but a clipboard.
1:00And when you're sitting with a homeowner, pick their home on the list, open Reports, and choose Homeowner Report. That's a one page storm report for that address, with the radar and the date. So it's proof for the kitchen table, and they don't have to just take your word for it.
1:21Can't knock them all? Send Email and Send Postcard work right off the same list, so every home under that storm hears from you, whether you knocked it or not.
1:33And remember, it's your list. Press Export CSV and take it into whatever CRM you already use.
1:41Pull the homes, work the list, sign the roof. Go to stormsniper.ai and press Work the List.
Leave your name and zip and I send you a link to try it on the last hail day near you. No card, no call.
